As we continue to adapt to meet the needs of our customers during the uncertainty of COVID19, we want to provide some important updates on what you can expect from BVI:
- Customer Service and Orders – We remain fully operational, with all necessary health precautions in place so that our customer service teams may continue to fulfill orders and answer questions.
- Fulfillment and Shipping – All major transportation carriers anticipate delays in shipping which may cause our customers to experience some carrier-related shipping delays. With this in mind, we encourage customers to order with ample time to receive product.
- Product Supply – We have built significant inventory across our portfolio and our supply chain remains intact. With the significantly increased global demand for PPE, situations may arise in which we may have to substitute products in procedure packs. We will proactively notify customers of any potential changes.
- Sales Representatives – Our sales teams have appropriately reduced in-person customer interactions but continue to provide great customer service through all communication channels.
We value your partnership and business. We will ensure that we are able to proactively manage our supply chain and provide reliable service to you. We will continue to provide updates as circumstances change.
